Throwing a delicious piece of meat on the grill becomes even better once you master the art of Chimchurri. Join us on the farm, along with our guest chef, Jenny Devivo, and learn just how simple it is to take a few inexpensive ingredients and make your dinner one of the best you’ve ever had.

We will take a walk through our certified organic gardens and introduce you to our vegetable farmers - ask them anything you can think of - they love a challenge. After which we will head over (to the herb garden or the barn depending on weather) for a demonstration on how to make a few different varieties of chimichurri with fresh and unexpected ingredients from our farm.

Enjoy refreshments while Jenny shows you the ins and outs of this delicious addition to your cooking repertoire. We’ll send you on your way with a Grey Barn bag, recipes to take home and a few goodies to create your own Chimichurri masterpiece!
